Curated Local Direct Mail
A small group of local businesses splits the cost of a shared postcard mailing. You get your own ad space, your own offer, and your own piece of real estate in local mailboxes -- without paying for the whole thing yourself.
Built by a local business owner who wanted it for her own company. We're inviting one business per category across Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, and nearby neighborhoods.
How it works
Tell us what you do and the area you want to reach. We check your category and pick owner-heavy neighborhoods that fit.
Send your logo, contact info, and an offer if you want one. A good offer gives homeowners a reason to keep your card.
We lay out a clean, simple ad from your logo, offer, and colors. Already have one you like? Send it and we'll make sure it fits the card.
We print, USPS delivers, and your card lands in local mailboxes on the drop date.
The card
A local favorites card, not another coupon sheet. Clean design, useful offers, and trusted names in one place.
6×11 Local Card · 2,500 homes per drop · Business mix and route vary by drop
A typical card brings together up to 16 non-competing local businesses, one per category. You might find a home-services company, a dentist, a wellness studio, a florist, a coffee shop, and a pet groomer on the same card, with no two competing for the same customer.
Areas & Pricing
We mail select ZIPs across Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, and Avery Ranch, from Brushy Creek and Teravista to Georgetown West, with new neighborhoods coming soon.

Who it's for
For businesses that want to be remembered by local customers, without building a whole ad campaign from scratch.
Your category is exclusive. If your spot is open, you'll be the only business like yours on the card. If it's taken, we'll add you to the waitlist for the next one.

From the founder
I started Mailbox Commons because my husband and I ran into this problem ourselves.
With our pool repair company, True Flow Pool Solutions, we wanted direct mail to reach local homeowners. But a solo mailer was expensive, and most shared mail didn't feel like a place I wanted our brand to live.
I wanted something better: a card that looked good, felt local, and helped the right businesses stand out for the right reasons.
So I built Mailbox Commons for businesses like ours. One business per category. Shared print and postage. Professional ad design included. A simple way to show up well without carrying the whole cost alone.
We're selective because the card has to earn its place on the kitchen counter. Every business on it should add something helpful, trustworthy, and easy to say yes to.
If your local business belongs on the card, I'd love to hear from you.
What to expect
Direct mail is a slow burn, not a slot machine. One card won't flood your phone the next morning. What it does is keep your name in front of nearby homes, so when someone needs what you do, you're the one they remember.
This is a branding play, not a click-for-leads campaign. Your card reaches brand-new households, and because it's something people can hold, it doesn't vanish the second they look away.
Most businesses see it build over a few drops, not one. And we'll tell you straight if we don't think your category is a good fit for the card.
